">About the Role:">

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health Professional, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and according to the Aide Plan of Care (POC). Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with self-administered medications, taking vital signs, providing personal hygiene assistance, and promoting independence.

  • Assist patients with self-administered medications and observe them for proper administration">
  • Take accurate temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements and report any abnormal results">
  • Help patients maintain good personal hygiene by performing or supervising bathing, grooming, and other activities">
  • Assist with feeding patients and promote healthy eating habits">
  • Provide necessary skills to safely assist patients with mobility, exercises, and transfers">
  • Document interactions with patients, caregivers, doctors, and other staff members">
  • Practice acceptable infection control principles and maintain a clean, safe environment">
