We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families in their own home and community, providing family-oriented behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized, creative, and flexible services to children and families
  • Implement evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies to support mental health
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement novel approaches
  • Provide training and supervision to ensure high-quality services

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $78,000 - $87,691.50
  • First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
  • Incentive pay: Up to $8,000.00 per year (based on performance)
  • Licensure supervision and pay: $250.00 per pay period
