Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team at Stellantis Financial Services US.

About the Role: The Sr. Fraud Prevention Specialist will be responsible for investigating, detecting, and preventing fraud to mitigate risk of loss to the company. This includes conducting research, gathering information, and interviewing customers to identify potential fraudulent activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Detect and investigate potential fraudulent activities related to applications, loan contracts, documents, and stipulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into discrepancies on credit applications, paystubs, and other documents provided for loan stipulations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns indicative of fraud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and losses.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to fraud prevention.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting investigation findings and recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, a candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the auto finance industry as a fraud specialist or credit role.
  • A high school diploma and/or GED.
  • Experience working with fraud detection software such as Point Predictive, TLO, and LexisNexis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location, experience, and qualifications. Overtime is required on an as-needed basis, and travel is less than 10% of the time. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
