Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with LHC Group, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary areas of focus
  • Developing personalized care plans within state-specific guidelines and in collaboration with physician orders
  • Ensuring patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer sources
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
