Server - Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at S&B's Burger Joint. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Take Orders: Accurately take orders from guests, ensuring all details are captured.
• Suggestive Selling: Offer menu recommendations and upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver Food: Timely and efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Receive Payment: Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Count Back Change: Accurately count back change to guests, ensuring a positive experience.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Teamwork: Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lifting and Mobility: Be able to lift 25-50 pounds and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours.
