- Initiate, monitor, and discontinue outpatient hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of an RN and a preceptor.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hemodialysis procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
