Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at The Talmadge Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily site supervision, schedule management, project workforce, job site safety, job site cleanliness, and project quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with construction trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Navigate city, county, and state regulations, ensuring compliance with permitting processes.
  • Utilize computer-based project management tracking tools, such as Procore, to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • Ability to interact with construction trades and navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Proficiency in computer-based project management tools and strong written and verbal communication skills.
