We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at The Talmadge Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily site supervision, schedule management, project workforce, job site safety, job site cleanliness, and project quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with construction trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Navigate city, county, and state regulations, ensuring compliance with permitting processes.
- Utilize computer-based project management tracking tools, such as Procore, to monitor project progress and performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Ability to interact with construction trades and navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget.
- Proficiency in computer-based project management tools and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Paid per diem and travel expenses, as well as timely expense reimbursement.
- Paid time off (PTO) and a competitive salary range of $110,000 and up, depending on experience.
