About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and React to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices. This individual will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our products, contributing to the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop High-Quality Software Solutions: Utilize Java and React technologies to create robust and scalable software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in Architectural Design Discussions: Contribute to architectural design discussions and provide recommendations for improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, and incorporate these insights into our development processes.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Contribute to Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Issues: Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design Principles: Possess proficiency in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience in Agile Environment: Have experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Computing Platforms: Possess proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Learn New Technologies: Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Experience with Modern Software Development Tools: Have experience with modern software development tools and practices, such as version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Backend Technologies and Relational Databases: Possess knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Spring Framework) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Passion for Continuous Learning: Possess a passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and advancements.
