Are you ready to take your automotive repair skills to the next level?


We are seeking an experienced Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics.


This is a full-time position responsible for complete automotive calibrations, coding, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mobile electronics diagnostics, recalibrations, and repairs
  • Repair and replace ADAS systems, including BSMs, radars, forward-facing cameras, and more
  • Module programming diagnostics, including repair and replacement
  • Wiring and harness repairs, including pigtail replacements and circuit diagnostics
  • Repair and replace airbag systems
  • Remove and reinstall interior components, including trim, dashes, consoles, and more
  • Secondary responsibilities include suspension, frame, subframe, motor, transmission replacement, and repair of other mechanical components

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive electrical repairs and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of reading wire schematics and diagnosis of automotive electrical systems
  • Knowledge of airbag systems, including disarming, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Knowledge of aftermarket diagnostic scan tools
  • Personable, friendly demeanor with world-class customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Ability to stand for long periods during vehicle repairs
  • Ability to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl frequently
  • Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and/or caustic chemicals
  • Occasional exposure to hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check
