About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient patient flow through the office, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare patient charts, assist during office visits, and perform clinically appropriate tasks related to patient panel management.
  • Interact with patients and their families in a professional, friendly manner, consistent with their needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a formal medical assistant training program required.
  • BLS certification from a program approved by the American Heart Association required.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, AAMA, RMA, CNMA, or CCMA).
  • Plastic surgery/ambulatory care experience preferred.
