Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Emergency Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency room consults, triage, and medical care to patients of all ages
  • Round, admit, and manage the health needs of patients with complex and comorbid disease conditions
  • Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, and other healthcare personnel
  • Employ quality and process improvement practices to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate program
  • Emergency Room or Inpatient experience of 1 year or more
  • Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
  • ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or CALS certified
  • Unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEA
