Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest issues, and room assignments.
  • Train and mentor new associates to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a four-diamond or convention resort preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a front office position required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
