Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and self-driven critical thinker to join our Strategic Technology and Transformation Office as a Principal Operational Strategy Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within the Information Services department.
About the Role
- You will analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decisions across various teams throughout the Information Services department.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiencies, service delivery, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights- Design and conduct studies using advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT strategy, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Information Services.
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Information Services' initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- Master's degree (such as MBA) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Highly prefer 8+ years of progressive experience working with Information Technology Operating Models or Healthcare Operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proven ability to apply quantitative reasoning skills to approach complex problems systematically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business strategy and familiarity with IT operating models is strongly preferred.
Compensation
$104,000 - $186,160 per yearBenefits
