JSR Tech Consulting, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Data Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Specialist to lead our data integration efforts. As a Senior Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica, DB2, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for data integration workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data integration solutions.
  • Optimize data integration processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in Informatica Powercenter, Power Exchange, Data Quality, Snowflake, Unix, Hadoop, AWS, Scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of ETL tools (5+ years ETL required), including Informatica.
  • Well-versed in SQL, DB2 and deep understanding of data warehouse architecture concepts.
  • Deep understanding to Hadoop and Cloud-based data platforms.
  • Working experience with AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, etc.
  • Proven experience as a lead developer or architect in data integration projects using Informatica, DB2, and Snowflake.
  • Programming in a Linux/Unix environment, including shell scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with a Logical and pragmatic attitude.
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore team for ongoing project delivery challenges.
  • Responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery of business application.
  • Team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills and able to lead a team of 8-12.
  • Strong background of Workforce data.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
