Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT support professional with experience working directly with business stakeholders in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience supporting workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware, as well as experience using MS Office 365 applications and ServiceNow for ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for workstation, printer, and other endpoint hardware
- Support MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams
- Use ServiceNow for ticketing systems
- Work directly with business stakeholders in a healthcare environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications and ServiceNow
