About the Client
We're seeking a skilled nurse to provide care for a 17-year-old female client with Cerebral Palsy. The client requires skilled nursing care at home, including bathing and Hoyer lift assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with similar needs and be able to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to the client, including bathing and Hoyer lift assistance
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care
