We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Seasonal Registered Nurse Progressive Care PCU, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers exceptional patient care in collaboration with medical providers. This role involves assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, documenting patient records, administering medications, and maintaining knowledge of medications and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical patient care.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact licensure
- Associate Degree; BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position
- A minimum of one year experience as an RN in a high acuity PCU or critical care unit
