Job Description

">

As an Applied Behavior Analyst at Kyo, you will be responsible for:

">

• Directing client programs and managing staff implementation of ABA services

">

• Supervising Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors

">

• Conducting observations and assessments in various settings, developing individualized treatment plans for clients

">

• Informing clients of behavior plans and goals, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on client progress, and communicating frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress

">

• Designing and delivering training to parents, professionals, and staff

">

• Assisting with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects while caseload is building

">

• Modeling program implementation for caregivers and staff

">

• Attending and facilitating client and staff meetings as needed

">

• Making all reasonable attempts to ensure efficacious development of programs for our clients, including job-related tasks and duties not listed above

">

• Meeting and maintaining all Kyo directed performance metrics

">

• Performing other duties as assigned, including direct therapy as needed

">

Mentoring Responsibilities

">

Kyo recognizes the critical role that effective mentorship plays in promoting staff retention and development. As an Applied Behavior Analyst, you will oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, deliver Quarterly Performance Reviews to mentees, act as Responsible Supervisor for any BTs in your mentor group enrolled in BACB coursework, and provide individualized mentorship to mentees by responding to and coaching them through their duties.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

">

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

">

• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field

">

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

">

• Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills

">

• Ability and willingness to drive from client to client and to leadership and various business meetings

">

• Reliable transportation, valid state driver's license, and automobile insurance

">

Physical Requirements

">

The ability to regularly walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand up from the ground, and sit on the floor or in child-sized chairs for extended periods is required. Additionally, manual dexterity to regularly use and enter data into a computer/tablet/phone is necessary.
