Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Caregiver and Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Engaging clients in recreational activities and hobbies

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or social services setting
  • A valid LPN/LVN license in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
