Comcast Retail Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Comcast. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales, customer service, or a related field, and will be able to effectively communicate with customers and provide personalized solutions.

• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities
• Takes a customer-first approach with all customer interactions
• Achieves sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Provides comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensures customers fully understand how to use and handle all company products/services and gains their consent

• High School Diploma / GED (Required)
• 2-5 Years of Relative Work Experience
• Excellent Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Customer-Focused, Persuasion, Professional Integrity, Resilience, Self Motivation, Teamwork, Technical Knowledge, Workplace Organization skills

The estimated salary for this position is $22.69+ per hour, or $15.00 per hour base pay plus targeted commission. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.
