Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Production Operations Specialist to join our team at Hanford Pharmaceuticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical technologies, with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and equipment maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in team development, training, and mentoring, and will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain complex equipment, including HMIs and packaging machinery.
  • Troubleshoot issues with mechanical and electrical operations of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in team development, training, and mentoring.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in electrical and mechanical technologies, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar field, with background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or equivalent combination of training/experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
