Enterprise Sales Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team in Arlington Heights, IL, covering the Chicago metro, South Bend, and Peoria markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving bookings growth, expanding relationships with existing customers, and growing new business.
About the Role:
- Lead the sales team to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand relationships and wallet share with existing customers
- Grow new business and owner bookings to achieve revenue targets
- Partner with Region Sales, General Managers, Operations manager, and Service Manager to develop sales plans and negotiate contracts
- Manage day-to-day activities of the district or branch Service and Construction sales team
- Coach and mentor sales team professionals to create account plans for owner and contractor customers
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of sales experience, including three years of field sales management experience in a business-to-business environment. They will also possess strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as excellent communication and team building abilities.
