About the Role

The Cavco Family of Companies is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to provide comprehensive support for HR systems across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro).

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain HR systems, including UKG Pro modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Document Manager, Learning Management, and Time Management.
  • Provide ongoing support for HR functions across multiple systems, with an emphasis on UKG Pro.
  • Conduct system maintenance, audits, and testing to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Document system development and revisions, and manage cases with UKG Services and Support.
  • Monitor system updates and changes from UKG/Ultimate Software, and perform regular system checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of HRIS experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) systems is required.
