Senior Financial Analyst

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This key role will involve assisting and managing the reporting of financial results, budgeting, and forecasting for a designated group of customers, businesses, and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key trends and risks.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance for a designated group.
  • Financial Reconciliation and Audit Support: Reconcile financial data and support audit activities.
  • Financial Insights and Optimization: Collaborate with operations to provide financial insights and optimize performance.
  • Customer Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profitability and business scenarios.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Communication: Communicate financial findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Financial Impact Evaluation: Evaluate financial impact of customer requests and contracts.
  • Efficiency Initiatives: Drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Month-End Financial Activities: Participate in month-end financial activities.
  • Financial Expertise: Support cross-functional teams with financial expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of financial, cost accounting, and/or analytical experience.
  • Experience in healthcare financial management strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with highly experienced professional staff.
