Manufacturing Specialist

We're seeking a reliable and energetic individual with at least one year of manufacturing experience to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we're happy to train you. Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Operate machines or assembly equipment to produce high-quality parts and products.
• Maintain accurate production documentation using paper or real-time computer systems.
• Position inserts, load and position workpieces on machines.
• Remove finished products from machines, unless robotically handled.
• Conduct 100% visual inspections for surface and dimension defects.
• Perform secondary operations on parts as noted in quality control procedures (e.g., trimming, adding fasteners, etc.).
• Complete labels and associated documentation accurately.
• Packaging products for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following Environmental Management System guidelines for recycling.
• Regular attendance and prompt arrival at work.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
• Overtime and rotating shifts may be required.

• A high school degree or equivalent.
• A solid work history.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products.
• Drive to assist colleagues with other tasks as needed.
• One year or more of manufacturing experience; plastics experience is a plus.
