Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in an ambulatory care setting
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans
- Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive medical services
- Participate in quality management activities and clinical conferences
- Enter medical documentation in the Computerized Patient Records Systems (CPRS) and electronically sign all
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana
- Current certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
