We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Mountainview Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year acute care experience in an ICU setting and hold a current state nursing license. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and record patient condition as necessary
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education accordingly
  • Serve as a patient advocate for physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Current state nursing license
  • Appropriate certifications as required for specific position
  • Degree from an accredited school
  • Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
  • Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
