**Required Qualifications:**

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred but not required
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Ability to supervise field employees and subcontractors on a project
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and ability to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
