Job Title: RN-Neuro ICU 0.01 FTE Night

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

This 0.01 FTE night shift position requires a registered nurse with experience in neuro ICU care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the neuro ICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year - Nursing experience
