About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Associate - Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and triaging customer service email inboxes, supporting sales initiatives related to new business production, retention, and utilization of the CRM system, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of college completed towards a BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to succeed in high-volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact
- Experience in researching and accurately resolving technical subject matter while working under pressure and within time constraints
- Strong customer service skills for use with internal and external customers
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
