Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Signals Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SIGINT sub-disciplines, including COMINT, ELINT, and Network/Protocol analysis. They will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting signals intelligence data to support national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret signals intelligence data to identify patterns and trends
  • Develop and implement collection plans to gather intelligence on foreign entities
  • Collaborate with external partners to share intelligence and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with modern RF and communication technologies
  • Utilize software tools such as SEDB, THRESHER, and WIRESHARK to analyze and process intelligence data
  • Develop and maintain tradecraft and analytic development skills
  • Ability to detect, acquire, locate, and identify foreign electronic intelligence
  • Experience with monitoring signals intelligence equipment
  • Knowledge of agency-specific tools and methodologies
  • Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience and have completed relevant military training (9141-Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 1N2A – Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 451/461- Intermediate Signals Analyst or 452- Advanced Signals Analysis) or have participated in or graduated from relevant training program (Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP))
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above (e.g. 9141, 1N2A, 451/461, 452 or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP)
