Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in assisting the Director of Nursing and helping to plan, coordinate, and manage the nursing department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with infection prevention management
  • Aiding with scheduling and performing guest rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care
  • Maintaining proper charting and documentation of care and medications
  • Helping develop and implement the written staffing plan and nursing schedule
  • Participating in the budget process and maintaining nursing supply, equipment, and nurse staffing budgets
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
