Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at ICON Clinical Research. As a CRC, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical trial activities under the guidance of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
- Support the maintenance and organization of study documentation and regulatory files, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collect, record, and enter data into study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems, in accordance with study protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and correspondence to regulatory authorities and institutional review boards (IRBs).
- Provide logistical support for study visits, meetings, and other research-related activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating study materials.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with study participants and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software applications as needed.
