Job Summary

Dynamic Service Solutions is seeking a skilled Clinical Case Aide to provide support to our clinical team in ensuring the timely reunification and safety of unaccompanied children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) policy and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clinical staff with daily responsibilities, including filing, copying, answering phones, and data entry.
  • Support group counseling sessions, research, and create psychoeducational topics and group handouts.
  • Assist in research and documentation of safety plans and resources lists prior to youth discharge.
  • Provide transportation support for individual counseling sessions, meetings, or as needed.
  • Assist with youths' request forms process for the clinical department.
  • Keep track of inventory of clinical therapeutic tools and supplies.
  • Provide support in completing physical file checklists and uploading documents onto the UC Portal.
  • Help clinicians fill out required paperwork and process forms with filing clerks.
  • Make copies for group counseling, individual counseling, safety planning, and other interventions.
  • Maintain youth records up to date by reviewing case notes, logging events, and progress.
  • Assist in preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing treatment, results data, and trends.
  • Support development and implementation of service planning to ensure all youth have access to diverse and meaningful program offerings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation as required by state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, read, and write).

Working Conditions:

Work is performed mostly in an office setting. Some overnight travel, public speaking, evening, and weekend work are requirements of the position. Regular computer work is also required.
