Job Summary:

As an HR Analytics Analyst I at JobRialto, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the interview process for candidates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating all phases of phone and onsite interviews, managing travel requests, and facilitating communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate interactions and interview logistics.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and problem-solving as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate decision-making.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong business acumen and understanding of HR practices.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Experience and Education:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Hodes, or Kenexa.
Experience scheduling interviews and managing travel arrangements.
Familiarity with working across different time zones.
High School Diploma or GED.
