About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Directory Services Technical Lead to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall IAM Directory technologies and configurations support the enterprise needs for security requirements and resiliency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the operations team on the planning and implementation of IAM Directory technologies and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for IAM Directory technologies and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational technology and standards, policies, and governance strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM Directory technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards for IAM Directory technologies and configurations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure systems engineering, with a focus on advanced Active Directory and EntraID experience in a globally large environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on Azure and other Cloud Service Providers or equivalent products and services.
  • Familiarity with the Zero Trust Architecture framework, NIST framework, and experience applying the framework to infrastructure technology.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge involving the development of multi-tier and cross-platform architecture plans, including enterprise workflows and distributed architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in applications in Windows/Linux environments.
  • A background in IT infrastructure, including datacenter compute, storage, networking, hyperconverged technologies, backups, monitoring, server OS, and database.
  • A working knowledge of all Cloud Service Provider best practices and capabilities.
  • Ability to ensure cybersecurity and privacy standards are followed per organizational policies.
  • Ability to lead through influence across and with the IAM teams at Clorox.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications are also desired.

Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

All ranges are subject to change in the future.
