Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist servers with refills, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, running food and drink orders, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure efficient service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and move about the facility with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the food and beverage industry a plus.
