About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Middlebury, Vermont. As an RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Description
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. This may include administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager, and following up with doctors' orders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
