Network Engineer

MAXISIQ, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to support our mission networks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with network engineering, TCP/IP protocol suite, and routing protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot routing and switching systems on Cisco and Juniper equipment
- Implement L2 and L3 VPNs across an MPLS network
- Monitor networks and use analysis tools to identify performance issues
- Repair identified issues and maintain network security
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- Demonstrated experience with network security, firewalls, and Access Control Lists (ACL)
- Experience with Microsoft Visio for network topology creation and modification
- Obtained (active or past) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Network Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP) certifications
