One of North Dakota's leading agronomy operations is seeking a highly skilled Location Manager to oversee daily operations at one of their regional facilities. With a strong reputation for growth and development, this company offers numerous opportunities for career advancement.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grain facility daily operations, including overseeing inbound and outbound shipments of grain, ensuring efficient logistics and delivery processes, and performing general maintenance and repairs of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage grain facility daily operations
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain, with a strong understanding of logistics and delivery
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in agronomy
- Elevator supervisory experience preferred
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Mechanical ability
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonuses
