Housing Operations Coordinator

As an Assistant Property Manager with the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, you'll be responsible for assisting with daily operations at one or more Affordable Housing properties. Your duties will include:
- Inspecting vacant and occupied rental units to ensure they meet SNRHA standards
- Performing office tasks, such as updating records and scheduling vendors
- Showing rental units to prospective tenants and assigning/closing work orders for maintenance staff
- Posting and mailing notices to tenants as needed
- Entering applications into the background system and submitting eviction paperwork
- Maintaining waitlists/interest lists for properties
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of relevant affordable housing residential property management experience
- A valid Nevada State-issued driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, problem-solving, crisis management, and organizational skills
