Residential Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Postcard Cabins. As the resident expert in taking care of the exterior spaces of our tiny cabins and their guests, you will have a direct impact on the success of our company.

To be successful in this role, you must have a positive hospitality-minded attitude with an eye for detail. Experience in a guest or customer-facing industry is essential, as well as proficiency in utilizing technology and apps to work efficiently. Additionally, a love for the outdoors is crucial, as you will be working outside in various weather conditions.

• Preparation and Execution: Load the outpost vehicle with cleaning equipment, extra guest supplies, and firewood before each shift. Prepare cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking provisions.
• Cabin Staging: Ensure every cabin's outdoor space is perfectly staged for guests by cleaning and arranging lounge areas, exteriors, and removing all trash.
• Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with your team, consider different perspectives, and share a common mission. Proactively solve problems in an efficient and effective manner.
• Guest Delight: Create and execute ideas to surprise and delight guests, aiming for personal, meaningful, and memorable interactions.
• Operational Efficiency: Test new ideas, measure results, and embrace feedback to continuously improve day-to-day operations.
