The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching developmental mathematics courses via various delivery modes, including on-ground, online, and hybrid formats. They will work closely with course leads and program coordinators to ensure consistent student outcomes and effective use of the College's learning management system.

Key responsibilities include submitting updated department syllabi prior to the first day of class, regularly checking College email accounts, and responding to messages within 48 hours. Additionally, they will complete required reports, such as attendance records, Early Alerts, and grade submissions, by established deadlines.

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess an Associate's degree with at least 15 college credit hours in mathematics or 7-12 teaching licensure in Mathematics within the past five years. While not mandatory, prior experience in college-level teaching is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various instructional delivery modes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with diverse populations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

This position offers a competitive rate of pay, estimated at $685 per credit hour, reflecting the cost of living in Nashville, Tennessee.
