Clinical Operations Professional

Indotronix International Corporation seeks a skilled Clinical Operations Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in clinical operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise temporary employees and physicians providing specialty clinics, including on-site screening programs
  • Manage the daily operations of assigned clinics, including supply ordering
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policy, federal and state regulations
  • Provide professional and friendly service to patients and employees
  • Offer telephonic medical guidance and supervision to clinic staff members and other departments as needed
  • Assess employee/patient health status through interviews, health histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Interpret clinical and diagnostic findings to determine appropriate disposition and therapeutic measures
  • Provide acute, immediate care to employee/patients for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being
  • Collaborate with local physicians as resources for specialty clinic providers and patient referrals
  • Promote monthly wellness activities to employees and patients during clinic visits
  • Create and update health education displays to promote healthy behaviors
  • Promote national wellness programs and support the Employee Assistance Program
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a degree from a nursing program
  • Active Connecticut License and DEA license
  • Current BLS/AED certification
  • Active Blood borne Pathogen training
  • Active HIPAA training
  • Knowledge of EMR, PowerPoint, and Excel
