Sales Executive Trainee Development Position

FLAG Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be immersed in a fast-paced business development environment, focused on building relationships and driving growth through innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify prospective clients within assigned territories and conduct targeted outreach efforts to generate interest and book meetings with decision-makers.
- Cold Outreach: Utilize phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with potential clients and support the Account Managers in closing new business deals.
- Email Marketing: Distribute marketing materials (e.g., Statement of Capabilities, Most Placeable Candidates - MPCs) to prospects and follow up with interested leads.
- Scheduling Meetings: Secure meetings with potential clients, primarily for the assigned Account Managers, and ensure smooth handoff to ensure successful client communication.
- Client Communication: Manage initial contact and ensure effective collaboration with Account Managers to understand client needs and facilitate the business development process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, CEIPAL) with prospect information, meeting notes, and activity logs.
- Agreement Preparation: Send agreements to clients and follow up until they are signed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and desire to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email outreach tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot, CEIPAL experience is a plus).
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, and includes benefits such as commissions, incentives, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
KPIs- Sales Drop-Offs: Conduct at least 15-25 in-person drop-offs per week with decision-makers.
- New Client Meetings or Lunches: Book at least 15-20 new client meetings or lunches per month.
- Email Marketing: Send out 50-75 targeted emails per week, with a 15% response rate.
- Agreements Sent: Send 3-5 agreements per month.
- Agreements Signed: Achieve 2-3 signed agreements per month.
