Job Summary

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHOS) Manager will create, implement, coordinate and continuously improve safety programs for all of Prospiant. This role provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented with the highest environmental, health and safety standards.

The EHOS Manager ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to meet current business needs and requirements with a focus on health and safety. This role reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for driving and instilling a group culture of safety that embraces continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall EHOS compliance of all manufacturing facilities, construction sites and office operations.
  • Drive and instill a group culture of safety that embraces continuous improvement.
  • Oversight and management of Contractors and Supplier EHOS compliance at construction sites and facilities.
  • Lead and manage EHOS KPIs dashboard(s) including safety management software.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR to develop a training curriculum, deploy and manage EHOS training program.
