Job Overview

Provoke is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have expertise in React, NextJS, and Headless CMS, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead teams of 3-5 developers, manage key clients from a technical perspective, and design and implement technical solutions using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of 3-5 Developers
  • Manage key clients from a technical perspective ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions using React, NextJS, and Headless CMS.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on front-end technologies like Typescript, Angular, React, etc.
  • 5+ Experience with C#, .NET core, MS Azure or AWS
  • Experience working with Headless CMS, preferably Sitecore
  • 2+ years of people leadership/management experience leading teams of developers
  • Experience working on integration projects and digital transformation
  • Ability to potentially work flexible hours with international teams as needed
  • Team-focused mindset and desire to create the best possible product
