Job Title: Studio AmbassadorSalary Range:

$18.50 - $18.50 USD per hour (Washington D.C.)

About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Studio Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a strong community within our studios.

  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with class selection, membership inquiries, Fuel Bar orders, and merchandise purchases, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues, fostering a positive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess customer needs and maintain quality standards for services, evaluating customer satisfaction.
  2. Communicate information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates via various channels in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Deliver superior customer service at all times, responding to questions at the studio, by phone, and via email.
  4. Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
