About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work with our clinical team, specializing in cardiac and orthopedic rehab. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents while assisting them with their daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Nursing Functions: Perform nursing tasks within the scope of LPN licensure, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to federal, state, local, and facility policies.
  • Clinical Expertise: Develop and maintain strong LPN skills, working closely with all members of the nursing team and adapting to changing clinical environments.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the rights of residents, families, employees, and facility information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
  • 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
Compensation and Benefits
