Nursing Professional for Ambulatory Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our team as a traveling nurse in ambulatory care. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This role involves providing direct patient care to patients in the ambulatory care setting, including nurse visits and telephone triage. You will also be responsible for medication refill management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the ambulatory care setting
- Nurse visits and telephone triage
- Medication refill management as an agent of the provider
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements:
- BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
